I took part in a seminar about productification, if that is a word in english…anyhow, for me with a natural science background it was interesting to see how many products one infact produces within a project. A product makes me think of something material but it can as well be a process that you have developed, a template a form, a course that somebody gives. Theese are all ofcourse products and what we make and use in our daily work. When working in projects or any organisation these products are what makes the organisation work smoothly when for example a new worker starts in that organisation. However a product is only a product if it is, sellable, able to use in another organisation for example. By giving a set of products to a new worker your able to standardize the process of getting to know the new organisation. This process in it self could be a product.
