Missing picture, I’ll dig it up from somewhere on the HD someday (soon?)
On the eve of the eve, talking about vappu, the board of my housing company, 33 shares and apartments big, was suppose to meet at six. One of the issues on the agenda was deciding when to dig a ditch for the TV cable. Having some spare time before the meeting I grabbed a shovel at 5 o’clock and started digging. By the time of the meeting I had about 1/4th done.
As a small housing company with a great sense of “yard community” we do as much of the facility services as is comfortable ourselves, this helps build strong social connections as well as keep costs down.
On the meeting I mentioned that we’d have the ditch dug within an hour if 2-3 more people would join in. At 9pm we had dug the ditch, dis- and reconnected the cable, after treading it into protective piping filled the ditch. Yet another very successful piece of cooperation which wasted no resourses saved us all money and made five of us a fraction fitter.
Härligt!
