I’m at the moment sitting in an auditorium in the Finnish Parliament taking part in a seminar about culture for sustainable development and development cooperation in the area of culture. It is a two day seminar arranged in Helsinki (Helsingfors in Swedish) the first day at the Hanaholmen conference centre, the second at the Finnish Parliament. Alot of the participants are form government, especially the Finnish Ministry for Foreign affairs and the Ministry for Education.
